Bad Ass Band Saws, LLC presents its Idler Conveyors, embodying a robust design inspired by our Powered Conveyor models but without the components necessary for powering rollers. Each conveyor is meticulously engineered to accommodate the full size and weight capacity of the corresponding saw, ensuring reliable performance under continuous usage. These conveyors are purpose-built for band saw applications, capable of handling solid materials up to 28 inches in size, with the exception of our Extreme Duty Conveyors. These conveyors feature a sturdy construction, including a heavy-duty roller and large deep groove precision ball bearings, each with a dynamic load capacity exceeding 7,000 pounds. With two bearings per roller, they can support over 14,000 pounds per roller.
